Reorganize your thoughts

The Menkreo Method

The Menkreo Method is an integrative psychological approach that brings together evidence-based principles from modern behavioral science, cognitive therapy, and attachment research.
It was developed to help people to improve people's mental health and to build deeper self-understanding, emotional balance, and meaningful relationships.

The process focuses on three core areas: awareness, adaptation, and connection.
You learn to observe their thoughts and emotions with clarity, regulate difficult feelings, and create more secure and fulfilling patterns in relationships, with others and with yourself.
The method is structured and goal-oriented, yet deeply personal. Each process begins by identifying the experiences and patterns that maintain psychological distress. From there, you develop practical skills for emotional regulation and psychological flexibility, while clarifying the personal values that give your life direction.

The aim of the Menkreo Method is not only to relieve symptoms, but to promote long-term growth and live a life close to your personal values.

About Esther Menkreo

Psychologist Esther Menkreo

I work with people who sense that something is not quite right, even if they are not yet able to clearly define it, as well as with people who live with psychological disorders, whether diagnosed or not. Many of my clients feel internally divided, exhausted, or stuck, even though they function well on the outside. Often, questions arise such as: Who am I really? What truly matters to me? And why does my life no longer feel aligned?

In my work, I combine professional expertise with genuine human connection. It is important to me not only to support you with symptoms, but to explore together why you feel the way you do and how you can shape your life in a way that feels true to you.

I have a multicultural background and have lived in several countries. I know how challenging it can be to navigate between cultures, expectations, and identities, especially when living in a country where one does not belong to the majority culture. These experiences shape my work, as does my openness and natural, affirming approach to LGBTQIA topics. I offer a safe and respectful space where all identities are welcome.

Through my work and experience, I developed the Menkreo Method. At the core of this therapeutic approach lies the understanding that dissatisfaction, inner emptiness, or psychological distress often emerge when we live, consciously or unconsciously, in ways that conflict with our personal values.

Together, we explore: what truly matters to you, which values guide and support your life and where your current life may no longer align with them.
