Core
The Menkreo Method Core Package is a 12-session programme designed for people currently going through mental health challenges. It provides a focused process to understand what contributes to your distress, improve emotion regulation, and change unhelpful thought, relationship and behavior patterns. You will identify your core values and how to implement them in your daily life.
Relate
The Relationships Package is designed for people who want to understand and improve the way they connect with others and themselves. This 6-session programme explores your attachment style and how early experiences influence current relationships. You will learn to recognize patterns and how to act in a way that supports healthy relationships.
Breakup
A structured programme supporting you through the emotional challenges of a breakup, no matter at what stage of the break up you are at. 6 sessions focus on healing, emotion regulation, and rebuilding confidence and direction. Learn to process loss with compassion and move forward with clarity and strength.
Compass
Compass is a focused programme designed to help you reconnect with what truly matters and create direction in your life. In 6 sessions you will identify your core values, clarify goals, and develop concrete steps that align with them.
Session
Maybe you don't know how many sessions you will need. Maybe you don't want to commit to buying a package and stay flexible. Then this option is for you. Book single sessions whenever you want, how often you want. In the intake the focus of your sessions will be discussed.
