Are you feeling stuck in patterns that you don’t fully understand, in your relationships, your emotions, or the way you relate to yourself? You might notice overthinking, emotional ups and downs, or repeating dynamics in relationships that leave you feeling disconnected or unsure.
In our work, we take a closer look at these patterns, not to “fix” you, but to understand what makes sense in your story and how you can relate to your thoughts and feelings in a more helpful way.
The Menkreo Method combines Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Attachment Theory. Together, we focus on building emotional awareness, strengthening your sense of self, and creating more secure and meaningful connections with others and with yourself.

About
Esther Menkreo
I am a psychologist based in the Netherlands, offering online therapy in English and German.
I’m originally from Germany, and having lived and trained in an international environment, I’m familiar with the challenges that can come with living between cultures, navigating change, or feeling out of place.
In my work, I tend to be calm, attentive, and direct when it’s helpful. I value taking the time to really understand what is going on for you, rather than rushing to quick solutions. At the same time, I focus on helping you move forward in ways that feel meaningful and realistic in your everyday life.
Many of the people I work with are thoughtful and self-aware, but still find themselves stuck in certain patterns, especially in relationships or in how they relate to their own thoughts and emotions.
I completed my education and training in the Netherlands and am registered with the Dutch Association of Psychologists (NIP).
